Cancellation Policy

I require at least 48 hours' notice of any changes to your appointment. Cancellations must be made within standard office hours (9 am – 5 pm Monday-Friday). Where this notice is not given the full session will be charged. In instances where sufficient notice is provided a cancellation fee will not become due. Cancellation fees do not apply to initial (free) consultations but I reserve the right to refuse to reschedule free sessions in the case of repeated cancellations.
